WCMU Ready To Learn Collaborative Partners



CMU Public Television’s Ready To Learn project has developed partnerships with the following programs:

HEAD START/MICHIGAN SCHOOL READINESS PRESCHOOL PROGRAM
These partnerships with the head start and MSRP programs consist of six learning triangle packets provided to each program throughout the school year and in turn through a signed agreement, a Ready To Learn trainer is able to present a workshop at two regularly scheduled parent meetings.

K-4 ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS

Elementary School partnerships consist of a Ready To Learn Trainer facilitates “Family Literacy nights” or “Family Fun nights” in the form of a workshop.

EVEN START FAMILY LITERACY PROGRAM
Our program provides Even Start Family Literacy Home Visitors with materials to use on home visits as well as presenting workshops to home visitors and parent’s enrolled ion the program Alpena North East Even Start Family Literacy Program
