The Midland Community Orchestra Youth present concerts celebrating the 250th birthday of the United States. Under the baton of Gina Provenzano, the MCO Youth will present a free concert on Saturday April 25, 2:00 PM at Bullock Creek High School Auditorium. This concert will feature talented string players, grades six through eight, performing a variety of Patriotic and American music. On Sunday April 26, at 3:00 PM, also at Bullock Creek High School Auditorium, when Maestra Provenzano returns to conduct the MCO the MCO Youth will join the MCO for selected numbers in the Sunday concert. A reception will follow both concerts. Both concerts are free and open to the public. These concerts are supported in part by an award from the Michigan Arts and Culture Council and the National Endowment for the Arts.
