Bar Belian is a newsroom intern for WCMU and the Traverse City Record-Eagle.
He is currently a part of Central Michigan Life, and has just finished his junior year at Central Michigan University, graduating in the spring of 2027.
Belian has covered mainly sports, like basketball and soccer, throughout his time at CM-Life, but he has also covered stories focused on artificial intelligence at CMU and the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe.
Belian’s interest is telling stories of and for the people.
